SSIII Low-Ride, Level III Retention Holster

Today, three holster models meet Safariland's tough Level III Retention™ standard. This version of the much in demand 070 SSIII™ lowers the holster body and handgun grip by 1.50" (38mm) providing quick, comfortable access to the pistol for a smooth and efficient draw.

The 0705 has a top thumb break, and middle finger release tab. The patented molded ejection port detent only allows for a rearward weapon release. The 0705's side strap and snap are designed as decoys and do not operate.

When the gun is properly drawn, all of these retention features work together to achieve a smooth release in one natural motion. For your convenience, Safariland offers a DVD format training video to familiarize officers with the 0705's advanced retention features.

Safariland's rigid Posi-Loc Belt Loop™ anchors the holster and stabilizes it on the duty belt with hardened aerospace fasteners.

The holster and belt become one unit, keeping the 0705 firmly in place as the weapon is drawn.

The 0705 features wraparound construction of thermal-molded SAFARI-LAMINATE™ materials. The weapon will still fit snugly after rigorous daily use. It also has a molded sight track and is fully lined with soft SAFARI-SUEDE™ to protect the gun's finish.
