PROMOTIONAL CARDS:

Orders placed with the holsters.com promotional gift cards will be shipped via FedEx ground, regardless of shipping method chosen. If expedited shipping is needed, please contact customer care (customercare.ca@baesystems.com or 800-347-1200) an additional fee will be added to the order.

RETURNS:

All orders are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. Within 30 days after receiving your product, if for any reason you want to return your Holsters.com product email us at customercare.ca@baesystems.com to request a return authorization number for a full refund or exchange. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Refunds will only be given for product after inspection. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
